Every call answered, even from the bottom of a pool.

Your phones ring first. When nobody picks up, the AI receptionist answers in a natural voice, books the visit into your real schedule, and puts everything else in front of you.

What actually happens

A customer calls your receptionist number. Your phones ring first, all together or one after another, for as long as you set. If somebody picks up, that is an ordinary call and it costs nothing.

If nobody does, the receptionist answers with your greeting, in the voice you chose. It asks the questions you picked, in the order you set, and the answers go onto the customer and their pool, not into a note somebody has to retype.

If the caller wants a service you’ve switched on for booking, it books the visit into your PoolPath schedule: with a person you allow, leaving travel time between jobs. They get a text and an email with a link to see the visit, confirm their details, or ask for a different time.

Anything else (a complaint, a question it can’t answer, a caller who wants a person) becomes a message. It lands in Needs you and on your phone, with who called and what was said.

What it will never do

It never books a service you haven’t switched on, and it never quotes a price you didn’t set: each service shows the price, a "starting at" figure, or no price at all.

It never books outside your area. For an address outside it, you choose: it takes their details for a call back, or it politely says no. After hours, you can set it to take messages only.

It never overwrites what you already know. A caller’s answers fill in what’s empty on the customer and the pool, and leave the rest as you wrote it.

It never takes a payment.

What it costs

$29 a month, with your number and 50 calls the receptionist answers. After 50 in a month, $0.50 a call. Calls your own phones pick up are not counted.
