What PoolPath costs

Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. No setup fee, no long-term contract, cancel anytime.

Cleaning

$49 per month covers your first 49 pools, then $1 per pool per month above 49. Unlimited technicians and admins. For example, a shop servicing 120 pools pays $120 per month. This is the core plan; everything else is an add-on to it.

Repairs

$99 per month with 2 users included, plus $30 per month for each additional Repairs user.

Construction Project Management

$195 per month with 3 seats included, plus $65 per month for each extra seat, up to 10 seats. Larger teams get a custom quote.

Pool School

$35 per seat per month, paid per assigned technician, with no minimum.

Sales Portal

$149 per month. It is included during the 14-day trial.

Texting

5¢ per completed service stop, with no monthly fee.

AI

From $29 per month. The monthly minimum counts toward use.

Payments

1% of gross billing processed through PoolPath.

CPO Training

$450 per certification, with no subscription. Coming soon; it is not available at launch.

Enterprise

Custom pricing for multi-route operations, franchises, white-label resale and custom integrations. Contact sales.

Repairs is for simple jobs: estimates, invoices, parts and photo docs from the truck. Construction Project Management is for full projects, like renovations and new builds, with phases, schedule, permits and close-out. They are billed separately, and many shops take both.
